Finally, the third part of the Dante fanart speed drawing/painting. Time to add some color!
First of all, I apply flat colors in different layers; for this I used a flat brush with no stylus mode, in this case, the Oils - Opaque Round (dab type: circular; opacity: 100%; expression: none; resat: 99%; bleed: 0%). The skin, hair, clothing and other extras are painted individually in various layers.
Next, using a softer brush, in this case the Oils - Round Camelhair (dab type: circular; subcategory: soft cover; opacity: 60-75%; expression: pressure; resat: 40%; bleed: 35%), I start to apply the shades of the skin first, choosing a darker skin color to have some contrast. I continue with the hair and the ripped, black shirt, using different brush sizes depending on my necessities.
